Management of the Investment Climate of Industrial Enterprises Focused on the Vector of Innovation Development

Competitive development of industrial enterprises involves active attraction of external investments in the innovative environment of the enterprise. To substantiate an effective investment policy of an enterprise it is necessary to take into account the influence on investment attractiveness of market participants of all factors of external and internal environment, both individually and in aggregate. The research is aimed at developing a model of estimation of investment climate of enterprises based on quantitative estimations of integral indicators of their economic activity and level of innovative development. Groups of quantitative and binary indices and groups of critical indicators of economic activity and level of innovative development are allocated for the factors taken into account. The assessment of the investment climate is formed as an integral indicator, taking into account the number and weight values of each group's indicators, integrated indicators of economic activity and the level of innovation Development, taking into account the acceptability of binary indicators and the scale of enterprises. The variants of hard and soft approaches to the estimation of acceptability of groups of binary indicators are substantiated and the corresponding algorithms of quick selection for the final reasonable choice of the object of investments are offered without a continuous enumeration of all potentially possible options. The proposed model is open-minded and can be supplemented by taking into account any factors of external and internal environment, essential for a particular investor.
