摘要
Pneumatic pressure equipment is an important component of wind tunnel test system, which has also been extensively applied in most other modern industries. To guarantee the reliability and safety of pneumatic pressure equipment, a regular inspection is needed. In this paper, an eddy current pulsed thermography technique is implemented in nondestructive detection of the pressure vessel, which can significant enhance the defect characteristics in the heat effect. In order to increase the effect of defect features, a novel algorithm is proposed to process the thermography data recorded by equipment. Specifically, the corresponding heat components are obtained by the complex numerical calculation of the thermal image sequence. Furthermore, the coefficient of kurtosis are computed from the fuzzy processing. Comparing the coefficient of kurtosis and analyzing the result in experiment, the experimental results are given to show the effectiveness and benefits of the proposed method.
