A synopsis of LS Vygotsky's paper "On consciousness"

This is the first publication of the synopsis of L.S. Vygotsky's paper "On consciousness (the problem of consciousness)" from A.R. Luria's family archive. The synopsis is a summary of L.S. Vygotsky's paper presented to the nearest colleagues at a conference on the 5'h of December 1932. A.R. Luria's notes complement the version of the paper reconstructed from A.N. Leontiev's notes (with additions from A.V. Zaporozhetz) and published in 1968 and 1982. A.R. Luria's synopsis helps to reconstruct some missing links in L.S. Vygotsky's paper in which he initiated research into semantic aspects of consciousness within the framework of cultural historical psychology.
