摘要：
An efficient and straightforward procedure for the synthesis of 14-alkyl or aryl-14-H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes has been achieved through the one-pot condensation of beta-naphthol with alkyl or aryl aldehydes in the presence of p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst under two conditions: organic solvent and solvent-free media.
