摘要
Aiming at the shortcoming of the difficulty to fully reflect the effects of individual differences, maintenance and health state on the equipment failure rate curve based on statistical analysis, the modification methods taking the factors of long-term development and short-time variations into account are put forward in this paper. The least square method is used to estimate the parameters of Weibull distribution function and the Marquardt method is combined to deduce the demarcation point and distribution curve of the failure rate. On this basis, the equipment failure rate curve is modified to accord better with the actual operation situation from three aspects of individual defect, maintenance situation and healthy state evaluation respectively. By the example analyzing, the validity of the research is illustrated.
