摘要：
The economic life is always full of all kinds of risks, especially in the field of human capital investment. In knowledge economic era, human capital has become the key element for enterprise gaining the competitive advantage in the markets. For its inherent characteristics, the human capital has a series of risks. This paper analyzes the risks of human capital and makes suggestions to avoid risks of human capital based on the human capital property rights.
