摘要：

The new Rio 2016 Paralympic Games projects "canoe", caused the disabled water sports is a new point.At the present stage of development of the disabled in china water sports in a relatively backward state, the Paralympic Games opened several water sports, rowing, canoeing, sailing has a certain role in promoting water sports for the disabled the development of the number of people with disabilities,but to participate in water sports in not much, carry out the water sports can enrich the disabled amateur life,promote the mutual exchange, and through participation in water sports exercise. Trough the analysis of the disabled sailing rowing and summarizes the countermeasures to promote the disabled water sports development.
