摘要
In view of frequent urban flood disaster in recent years, the urban flood disaster risk assessment provide considerable basis for disaster relief. Proceeded from two angles as dangerous and vulnerability of the risk, the flood disaster risk assessment model of Shantou is established. Based on the GIS technology, the factors of flood are showed in space and stacked, finally it results the spatial distribution map of flood risk in Shantou, and provides the basis for both the evasion of flood risk and the rational use of urban land. The evaluation results show that the northern lowlands of Niutian Sea, the area near both the river basins of Rong River and Lian River, the river dense areas in both the western and northern in Chenghai District have higher risk, and should be focus on in future.
