摘要
Aiming at the current error and vibration caused by parameter disturbance and incomplete decoupling of cross shaft axis and direct axis current in the current predictive control system, a current predictive control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) based on double disturbance compensator is proposed. First, use the linear motor voltage equation without cross-coupled electromotive force to establish a sliding mode disturbance compensator, estimate part of the system disturbance caused by the motor parameter disturbance, and perform voltage compensation; Secondly, a decoupling compensator is designed to replace the traditional voltage feed-forward decoupling control to solve the problem of incomplete decoupling of the current loop when the inductance parameters are not matched. Finally, the disturbance compensator model is built through simulation software and applied to the motor control system to verify its effectiveness, and the feasibility of its application in practice is verified through experiment. The results show that the method can effectively improve the anti-parameter disturbance ability of the current predictive controller.
