Bioconversion of phosphatidylcholine to phosphatidylserine using immobilized enzyme mini-columns

摘要
Phospholipase-D. immobilized on controlled porosity glass beads, was used for the preparation of phosphatidylserine. The synthesis of phosphatidylserine was monitored using immobilized mini-reactors of choline oxidase and serine dehydratase isolated from rat liver. The immobilized enzymes showed good stability, and no deterioration in enzyme activity was recorded after use for 4 months. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
