摘要
One of the most important topics studied at the National Institute for Agricultural Quality Control (Orszagos Mezogazdasagi Minosito Intezet, OMMI) is the DUS testing of maize. The DUS testing system for maize is discussed in the paper. The characters, involved in the DUS testing of maize are analysed. These characteristics and the lots sent for DUS testing are divided into groups according to various criteria The possibility of using stepwise evaluation the DUS maize testing is considered.
