摘要：
In this paper functioning of scaling and analog to digital conversion systems have been analyzed. The analysis has been done taking into consideration the frequency band given in the standard and the influence of harmonics and interharmonics of network voltage on appearing voltage fluctuations and flicker. (A selection of scaling and analog to digital conversion systems of a flickermeter).
