On the Sustainable Human Resource Management in Chinese Universities

摘要
As the supportive department of normal operation activities of Chinese universities, human resource management determines the quality level of staff. At present, human resources of universities have the characteristics of high density and high quality. In this paper, the author discusses problems in human resource management of Chinese universities, which is similar to human resource management of enterprises to some extent. Hence, university personnel work can take the methods and experiences of enterprise management. Combines the current situation and characteristics of college personnel work, the author analyses the defects in the current personnel management activities of Chinese universities and provides the improvement methods. In this paper, the author mainly introduces two kinds of innovation systems in the personnel management, i.e. the personnel information system and the personnel agency system, which may contribute promote the human resource management based sustainable development of Chinese higher education
