摘要:
The English writing ability for academic purpose is an important part in higher education. The college English teaching is a basic step in this ability training. So the study of the ability training method in college English teaching is an effective method to improve the student's English writing ability for academic purpose. The difference between requirements for English writing ability for academic purpose and college English is first introduced. And then to improve students' English writing ability for academic purpose, the college English teaching method reform is proposed from three aspects: figure and table writing, sentence pattern of abstract and summary text. It should have a good effect on improving the basis of training students' English writing ability for academic purpose in college English teaching.
