Physicochemical properties of some complex oxides related to the high-temperature superconductors

摘要
The results of an investigation of the thermal expansion and electric conductivity at 293-973 K in air of twelve complex oxides related to the high-temperature superconductors are presented: Y2BaCuO5, Y2B0.5Sr0.5CuO5, Y2B0.5Ca0.5CuO5, Y2Cu2O5, BaCuO2, SrCuO2, Sr0.5Ca0.5CuO2, Sr2CuO3, SrCaCuO3, Ca2CuO3, CaBi2O4, CuBi2O4. From the experimental data obtained, values of the linear thermal expansion coefficient as well as the apparent activation energy of electric conductivity were calculated.
