摘要
This paper emphasises the interrelation of three factors-increasing carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel, population growth, and land degradation-in climate warming. It suggests a policy of bilateral trading in carbon dioxide emission permits as a cooperative game between industrial and developing countries to facilitate various environmental objectives and increase the pressure for a global arrangement.
