摘要
An optical scheme of an optical absorption gas analyzer optimized for measuring the freon content has been presented. A radiation source with a given maximum spectral density of energy luminosity in the range from 8 to 10 mu m with a reference channel of 9.5 mu m and a measurement threshold of 1 ppm has been developed and studied. The design of the interference filter system has been developed.
