摘要
In this paper, a cost-effective 25-Gb/s x 4-ch optical receiver module for large-capacity and high-speed optical interconnection is presented firstly. The structure of the optical module provides efficient optical transmission and good electrical performance. The fabricated receiver demonstrated 25-Gb/s error-free multimode transmission. To further improve the performance of the receiver, the second design is developed and implemented by suppressing the jitters of the link and reducing reflections caused by impedance mismatch.
