摘要
In this paper, an algorithm is proposed for turbulence degraded image restoration. In this algorithm we proposed blur support identifying, and an equations selecting optimization that two methods for two consecutive frames of short exposure turbulence degraded image restoration. Finally, an island model is proposed for estimate the values of PSFs(point spread function) based on Genetic Algorithm. All of them together provide a flexible and credible way to compute PSFs values of turbulence from turbulence degraded images for image restoration. Experimental results show that the proposed method is highly effective with good performance.
