摘要
A laser lifetime spectrometer (fluorometer) for recording the luminescence kinetics in the range 950-1400 nm with a time resolution of 1 ns is described. The performance capabilities of the facility are demonstrated by an example of studying the near-IR luminescence of molecular singlet oxygen O-1(2). The fluorometer allows measurements of quenched luminescence of O-1(2) with a quantum yield of up to 6 x 10(-9).
