摘要：
In this paper, we conduct research on the legal protection approaches and the supervision means for the loans risk of local government financing platforms. Along with the people from all walks of life to the constant improvement of the local government financing platform risk awareness, we study how to prevent dissolve risk of the local government financing platform is important subject with theoretical and practical significance. From its theoretical meaning, local government financing platform is peculiar to our country economy development product, the study of the risk prevention, can enrich the relevant financial theory knowledge system is also the innovation and development of the risk management theory. Our research combines the principles of loans risk tracking approaches to optimize the government financing platforms which holds significant meaning.
