摘要
A new ruthenium(II) polypyridyl based metal-organic framework, [Ru(H(2)bpc)(Cu(bpc)(Hbpc)(2)(H2O))]center dot 5H(2)O (H(2)bpc = 2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid) has been hydro(solvo)thermally synthesized from RuCl3, CuSO4, and H(2)bpc, and has been analyzed using X-ray crystallography, thermogravimetric analysis and UV-vis spectroscopy. The compound contains 1D zigzag chains of [Ru(H(2)bpc)(Hbpc)(bpc)](-) complexes ions bridged by [Cu(Hbpc)(H2O)](+) ions. The compound shows fluoresce at 610 nm. Magnetic data at temperatures above 100 K follows the Curie-Weiss rule with theta = 34 K and C = 0.43 emu.mol(-1).K indicating the presence of ferromagnetic interactions between the copper ions.
