Research on Evaluation Index System of Sports Information Network in China

This paper explores to, by view of literature, the logical method, develop principles for measurement indicators to levels of sports information network in China. In addition, it attempts to make more systematic induction the evaluation index system of sports information network in China, in combination of the main contents of the standardization of sports information and sports information exchange standards. In today's society, informationization is widely used in various fields of, and the level of its application has improved greatly. However, how to make quantitative measurements to reflect the level and procedures of its application is still being explored in various areas, which has not provided mature experience for researchers. In addition, with the rapid development of sports in China, sports information sources have become one of important network resources, but, in the face of the opportunities and challenges brought about by information technology, there has been no unified index system of informationization established in sports area. Just as jargon goes "Given a system is established, priority shall be given to its standards", information standards is to the basis and backup to achieve interoperability of networks and information resources, information sharing and exchanges. "Information standardization is the guarantee for informationization construction," as well as the basis of the management of systematic information system. In order to cope with the impacts arising from the information wave, enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sport development, provide scientific evaluation on the levels of sports informationization and offer proper guidance to the sport information system development across China, it is indispensable to establish a unified evaluation index system of sports information network.
