摘要：

From the start of highway status and development, we describe the profile of domestic highway maintenance management, analyze the existing problems in security system of highway maintenance. Through field survey research, we analyze the situation of Guangdong Provincial Expressway by value engineering model, pointed out that the value of the project can effectively improve the conservation purposes and control the cost of maintenance, thereby enhancing the maintenance of safety management efficiency. We recommend that companies can improve the conservation security management by value engineering.
