摘要
To the question of the converting mechanism from organizational learning to competitive advantage, this paper compares the explanation of the resource-based view of the firm with that of the capability-based view of the firm., and a management framework is proposed with six important factors: the effectiveness of isolating mechanism, the organizational competence of the learning mechanism management, the costs of organizational learning, the flexibility of organizational learning, the substitution of product or technique and the complementary assets.
