Case study: It exposes the writing process of an student. The writing improvement of the mini-essay in the Universidad del Quindio

摘要
This article exposes a case study of the writing process of mini-essays with students of first semester of the Biology program in the Universidad del Quindio (Colombia). In order to do it, it is presented each one of the established phases by the Didactext model for academic writing and the development of the them from the experience of an student, thanks to the application of a didactic sequence which had a duration of 8 sessions, each one of 120 minutes. For such purpose, it is taken into account the theoretical proposals of the mini-essay and argumentation from authors as; among others. Finally, it is included some reflections about the epistemic function and writing methodology.
