摘要
With the growth of WWW WWW has become a powerful means of dissemination information to the popular So does the demand for a faster more efficient, and more convenient way for accessing to the Internet. Thus, even for many non-computer devices, such as telephone, fax machine, and hand-held devices, people have added some new features and created the corresponding new applications for accessing to the Internet. Different I/O devices have different characteristics and browsing behaviors. To provide a versatile service to different I/O devices with different quality of information, we propose a makup language called Quality of ;Information Markup Language (QIML) and browsing systems in this paper With QIML, a page designer can describe different quality of information for presentations to different I/O devices using a single web page set. The language structure and system architecture and system development are presented in the paper.
