摘要：
From the correlated data of standard actinometric observations performed in 77 passages of research vessels in different regions of the ocean, the effects of high- and medium-level clouds on short- and longwave radiation fluxes near the ocean surface are studied. Relations are obtained that enable a separate consideration of the effects of high- and medium-level clouds on radiation fluxes near the ocean surface.
