摘要
This paper reviews nonlinearity in RF acoustic wave devices and its impact to high speed mobile communications. First, nonlinearity in RF frontend is surveyed, and its impact to high speed communications is discussed. Then nonlinearity in RF acoustic wave devices is discussed.
