摘要
It has been suggested that coupled oscillators could be used to realize active phased array without shifters, but experiments on this difficult theme need a lot of time and money, the article dedicates itself to find an easy and feasible way to carry out the experiments. Because of the unknown phase shift inherent in connecting the lines to the MMIC or the. VCO, a method to precisely measure the coupling line and exactly make the coupling phase equal to 2 pi is useful, the article realizes determining the exact one wavelength coupling line by measuring the frequencies of the coupled oscillators, the method is studied in the second part. In order to demonstrate the generation of phase distributions over the array, the third part of the article gives out the methods to measure the phase distribution of the active phased array by double balanced mixers or AD8302.
