摘要：
Supply chain management is an essential part in firm's management, while distribution management is one of the most important links in the chain. Traditional distribution management is the 'push' style, which completely depend on the accuracy of the forecast of the market demand which is not so reliable. Firms need a new way to solve their problems. In this paper, we introduce the TOC solution to the distribution management and give a Europe fashion company as an example.
