摘要
Large-scale wind power has integrated to a certain western provincial power grid, transmitted by HVDC with thermal power bundled. Firstly, considering aspects such as the capacity credit and fluctuation of wind power and the regulation of traditional generators, the impacts of wind power integration on provincial grid high-frequency characteristics are simulated. Secondly, the high-frequency operational risk under cascading failures such as splitting of the provincial grid with the main grid and DC blocks has been simulated and assessed. Finally, some emergency control strategies such as generator tripping and HVDC modulation have been proposed, and the effectiveness were proved.
