Transformation of agricultural enterprises on the boundary of the XX-XXI centuries

For the development of effective integrated relations of enterprises of the agrarian sector, the author considers the transformation of the global institutional environment at the macro level in terms of the impact of system management decisions at the level of the national economy (1); the evolution of regulatory, financial and administrative instruments of state regulation of the agricultural sector (2); identifies the results of transformations of enterprises in the agrarian sector (3). As part of making management decisions to improve the integration of enterprises in the agricultural sector and related sectors, directions for the transformation of the institutional environment have been proposed.
