摘要
Four pear cultivars, 'Williams' and 'Tosca' (scab susceptible), 'Navara' and 'Delices d'Avril' (scab resistant) were inoculated with four monoconidial strains of Venturia pirina in the glasshouse. Macroscopic and microscopic observations showed large differences among the strains on the same host as well as among cultivars. 'Williams' was always susceptible to all strains. 'Tosca' revealed very different levels of susceptibility. 'Navara' showed strong resistance to one strain and weak susceptibility to another. The cultivar 'Delices d'Avril' was completely resistant to all the strains. The strains of V. pirina have a heterogeneous level of aggressiveness.
