Private enterprise innovation management: The integration of technology, market and organization reform

With the development of China, private enterprises are becoming more and more active in social economy. However, due to their own management problems and the lack of strong resources support, private enterprises often find it difficult to cope with the technological revolution, competition and the challenges of market. This paper studied the private enterprises' strategic and the innovation management skills on the operational levels, combine technology, market and organizational changes by using the theoretical and case analysis, to enhance the competitiveness of private enterprises, and improve organizational efficiency.
