LAYOUT OPTIMISATION AND GREEN DEGREE EVALUATION OF LARGE-SCALE PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITIES BASED ON ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

摘要
Building a large-scale public service facility network with environmental sustainability can provide sufficient ecological service functions for reshaping the destructed natural ecosystem and maintaining the balance of the regional eco-environment, however, existing studies generally lack the quantitative analysis of the principles of the connections between facilities. To fill in such research gap, this paper studied the layout optimisation and green degree evaluation of large-scale public service facilities based on environmental sustainability, it constructed a large-scale public service facility network, gave the measurement method and correction method of the green degree and eco-service value of large-scale public service facilities, and realised layout optimisation of the network. The feasibility of the proposed algorithm had been verified via experimental results, and this paper provided a reference for the layout optimisation of facilities of other types.
