Research on the Influence of Labor Standards on International Trade

In the global economic and trade frictions, the determined mechanism of labor standards is one of the controversial core issues. By the summary of labor standards, the origin of the issues and international trade, and the theoretical and empirical analysis of the influence of these labor standards on the export levels of exporters, this essay presents the idea that the levels of labor standards in developing countries correspond with their levels of productivity, and developed countries shouldn't require that developing countries improve their labor standards based on their current productivity.
