Fistulography combined with proctography was tried to demonstrate the three dimentional anatomy of primary opening, fistula tract and abscess formation in four cases of complicated fistula-in-ano. Primary opening was clearly demonstrated in all cases. A three dimentional anatomy of fistula tract and the abscess formation were also clearly figured out in all cases by demonstrating the anorectum Accuracy of fistulography was comfirmed in two cases undergoing radical operation.
