摘要：

The SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic has affected our lives in every area. The unanswered questions about the disease are constantly increasing and the scientific community is running at a frantic pace in order to process the huge amount of data and give answers. COVID-19 disease in pregnancy is a huge chapter with many unexplored paths. The changes that occur in pregnancy certainly affect the immune response of pregnant women to the disease, however it is unknown in what way these changes affect them. The present review was created on the occasion of the treatment of pregnant women who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus during their arrival at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the General Hospital of Larissa in order to give birth. It is a brief literature review with data from the world literature related to COVID-19 disease and the immune response in pregnancy.
