摘要
The possibilities of positron beam annihilation spectroscopy for research quantum dots, quantum wells, quantum wires in chemistry and physics of surface and semiconductor nanotechnologies are discussed. The relations between the basic characteristics of positron annihilation this states and parameters of these structures were obtained. (C) 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
