摘要：
We introduce new P system models, called as external and internal parallel contextual array P systems, based on the external and internal parallel contextual array grammars. We can generate rectangular arrays using these P system models with the help of external or internal parallel row and column contextual array rules. We discuss some properties of these P systems and compare them with certain other array generating P systems.
