A model framework for knowledge capture based on multi-agent

摘要
On the basis of analyzing the process of organizational knowledge capture and characters of multi-agent technology, a model framework is presented to capture the organizational knowledge based on multi-agent. In the model framework, the key technologies for the knowledge capture and the integrated approach to the knowledge are also given. According to the model framework, an organization can capture its knowledge easily from individual knowledge and promote the validity of knowledge management. Finally, a practical case study is given to illustrate the application of the proposed model framework.
