摘要
In order to reduce errors in phase unwrapping under noise conditions, a new phase unwrapping method is proposed. In this new method, the corrupted points are firstly identified on the phase differences of adjacent point along scanning path. The step is then followed by the statistical method to obtain the threshold values of phase unwrapping and conduct process along the traditional line scan method. Finally, based on the smoothness characteristics of the interference phase, a phase revision step is taken using the transformation matrices. A computational testing was carried out to demonstrate the performance of the new method at three different levels of noise injection. The simulation results show that the new method can eliminate the propagation of phase errors in the unwrapped phase map. The accuracy and resistance to noise of the new method is much better than those of the traditional method.
