摘要
Novel ZnFe2O4 hollow spheres constructed by numerous ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles are successfully prepared via a simple one-step hydrothermal treatment and subsequent calcination, in which carbon sheets act as the template. Compared with ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles, the obtained ZnFe2O4 hollow spheres exhibit enhanced gas sensing performance, especially in terms of excellent sensitivity to ethylene glycol and long-term stability. The improved sensing properties are mainly results from its unique hollow structure, higher specific surface area and larger pore size.
