摘要
We propose an 1 x 2 power splitter enabling arbitrary splitting ratios based on a directional coupler with subwavelength structure. The simulation results show that arbitrary power splitting can be achieved over a broad bandwidth similar to 120 nm. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
