Praia Grande and Mongagua present an architecture with a chromatic approach outside the standards usually found in Brazilian coastal cities, and were the basis of this study on harmony and the use of the System developed by A. H. Munsell, in chromatic specification in architectural project. The text also makes a brief comparison of how the color was used in order to value the architectural elements in their three-dimensional relation with light.
