摘要：

The results presented refer to the current quality profile of wood-containing waste paper grades for deinked pulp - depending on the collection system - as well as to the predominantly woodfree waste paper grade in terms of coloured letters (J19). The composition of both waste paper grades is analyzed with respect to their main components and by laboratory tests aiming at the characterization of their quality parameters. It becomes evident that the quality of wood-containing waste paper for DIP depends significantly on collection and sorting systems. Nevertheless the homogeneity of wood-containing waste paper is superior compared with coloured letters. It is evident for both waste paper grades that an improved quality control system could increase the efficiency of the deinking process beneficial for the performance of the recycled fibers produced.
