Structure of the chemical potential tensor for a two-phase elastic medium under dynamic conditions

In the absence of dissipation at an interface under conditions of thermal equilibrium, the criterion of continuity of the normal component of the chemical potential tensor in the dynamic case was obtained. The ambiguity in constructing the chemical potential tensor within the framework of the local chemical potential theory was demonstrated. Based on the absolute chemical potential theory, a correct determination of the chemical potential tensor was proposed.
