Influence of ionic conductivity on the elastic characteristics of four-component copper and silver chalcogenides

摘要
The relation between the ultrasonic characteristics and the ionic conductivity produced by Cu+ and Ag+ ions has been investigated in four-component CuGeAsS3 and AgGeAsSe3 chalcogenides. It is shown that the temperature range where ionic conductivity appears corresponds to the onset of a rapid decrease in the ultrasound velocity. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
