摘要
Crystal plasticity constitutive formulations were implemented with the finite element software ABAQUS. By using crystal plasticity model, the strain rate dependent behavior of a nickel-base superalloy was analyzed. The effects of heterogeneous microstructure on the superalloy mechanical behavior was taken into account. The computational results show that: (i) Dual phase superalloys were affected seriously by strain rate. (ii) Heterogeneous distribution of micro stress and micro plasticity slip were induced by heterogeneous microstructure. (iii) Micro plasticity slip originates in matrix firstly. These results are of significance because that the heterogeneous distribution of micro stress and micro plasticity slip may be the origin of damage evolution and void nucleation.
